Designers and pattern makers work to the HACOY brief and the HACOY fit, in the same project as the atelier that will sew the piece.
The room for our partners
HACOY Partners is the private workspace for everyone who's shaping HACOY with us.
The linen atelier in Lithuania, the atelier in Italy, the designers in Rome and Munich, the photographers, and the partner who will open the next city all work in the same room here, from the first brief to the finished piece.
HACOY grows as a network of cities, local in expression and global in standard. A partner in Vienna or Berlin works to the same brief and the same rules as the ateliers that make the pieces today, and this is where that work happens.

Who works here
Every part of the chain has its own place here, and each partner sees only their own work.
Ateliers
Ateliers receive the order sheet here, post a photo of every sample on its line and ask their questions in the project, where the whole team reads the answers.
Fabric and components
Weavers, fabric traders and makers of thread, buttons, clasps, labels and packaging register here and keep their own sheet for each delivery, linked to the production order it is for.

Photographers and models join a project once the pieces exist, for the campaign and the photographs.
Stylists
Stylists borrow pieces for a shoot, collected at the Munich showroom or sent to them, and send the credit once it is published. Every piece stays HACOY's property.
Shops and places
Shops, concept stores, hotels and places with an audience show HACOY in their city. HACOY sets the price of every piece.
Ambassadors
People who wear HACOY and speak about it apply here, and once welcomed they find a page of their own.
From brief to piece
The work runs in one shared space. Phases, tasks and updates are visible to the whole team, from the first sample to the finished piece.

A project starts with a brief: what HACOY is making, what it needs and by when.

Partners answer with price, timeline and capacity.

The sample is photographed on its line of the order sheet, so everyone on the project sees the same piece.

When the pieces arrive, HACOY checks them against the sheet and records the result.

Every HACOY piece carries a passport called Meet your piece, with its material, where it was made and how to care for it.
What a project records here becomes the proof in that passport, written down while the work happens.
